Tyga, whose real name is Michael Ray Stevenson, is an American rapper, producer, and fashion designer born on November 19, 1989, in Compton, California. He is known for having been the boyfriend of singer Kylie Jenner and for being signed to rapper Lil Wayne's label, Young Money Entertainment.
Raised in Compton, Tyga began his musical career in 2007 by releasing his first mixtape. In 2009, he signed with Young Money Entertainment and released his first studio album in 2011. Since then, he has released several albums and mixtapes, collaborating with numerous other artists. In addition to his musical career, Tyga has also launched his own clothing and shoe line and has appeared in several films and television shows.
In 2019, Tyga was involved in several controversies, including his relationship with then-17-year-old singer and model Kylie Jenner. Tyga was criticized for sharing intimate photos and videos with Jenner, leading to accusations of inappropriate behavior.
