Meghan Trainor is an American singer, songwriter, and actress born on December 22, 1993, in Nantucket, Massachusetts. She signed with Epic Records in February 2014 and released her first single, "All About That Bass," in June of the same year. The song became an international hit, reaching the number one spot in 58 countries. Her debut studio album, Title (2015), topped the Billboard 200 and sold over three million copies worldwide. She won two Grammy Awards in 2016, one for "All About That Bass" and the other for her album Title. In April 2016, Trainor released her second single, "No," which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100. Her second studio album, Thank You (2016), reached number three on the Billboard 200 and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Her third studio album, Treat Myself, was released in January 2020.
