Demi Lovato is an American singer, actress, and songwriter born on August 20, 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She began her career in Disney Channel television movies Camp Rock and Sonny with a Chance. In 2008, she signed with Hollywood Records and released her first album, Don't Forget, which reached number four on the Billboard 200.
