Stephen Kirkwood is a Scottish music artist. He started his career playing folk music, but quickly transitioned to rock and blues. Kirkwood has since recorded several solo albums, with his first, "The Blue Album", being nominated for a Grammy. He has also performed with many famous artists, including Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt, and Stevie Nicks. In 2010, Kirkwood was named "Artist of the Year" by Rolling Stone magazine.
