Matchbox Twenty is an American rock band formed in 1995 in Orlando, Florida. The band consists of Rob Thomas (lead vocals, piano), Brian Yale (bass), Paul Doucette (drums, vocals), Kyle Cook (guitar, vocals) and Matt Serletic (guitar, keyboards, vocals). Their debut album, Yourself or Someone Like You, was released in 1996 and reached number one on the Billboard 200. Their second album, Mad Season, was released in 2000 and peaked at number two on the Billboard 200. Their third album, More Than You Think You Are, was released in 2002 and reached number four on the Billboard 200. Finally, their fourth album, Exile on Mainstream, was released in 2007 and peaked at number five on the Billboard 200.
