BLOND:ISH, également known by her birth name Vivie-Ann Bakos, is a Canadian DJ and producer who has made a name for herself in the international electronic music scene. Born in Montreal, she started her career as part of a duo with Anstascia D'Elene Corniere, before continuing as a solo act from 2019 onwards. BLOND:ISH is particularly known for her sets that blend deep house, techno, and various ethnic influences, creating a mesmerizing and immersive atmosphere.
In addition to her musical career, BLOND:ISH is also heavily involved in ecological initiatives through her project "Bye Bye Plastic". The aim of this project is to eliminate single-use plastics within the music industry, showcasing her commitment to sustainability and encouraging many events and festivals to adopt more environmentally friendly practices. BLOND:ISH continues to perform at renowned electronic music festivals and release tracks that resonate with a global audience, all while actively promoting environmentally conscious practices.
