André Bell, born in 1980 in Chisinau, Moldova, is a contemporary classical music artist. He studied at the Moscow Conservatory and at the Juilliard School. In 2006, he won the Tchaikovsky Competition for young pianists.
Subsequently, André Bell embarked on a career as a concert performer, performing in the most prestigious concert halls around the world. His performances have been acclaimed by the public and critics alike, and he was named Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters by the French government in 2012. In 2016, he was named "Artist of the Year" at the Victoires de la musique classique.
Recognized as one of the most talented pianists of his generation, André Bell's performances are characterized by a virtuoso technique and exceptional artistic sensitivity. He is also known for his commitment to promoting classical music to the general public.
In 2017, he created his own foundation, the "Andrew Rayel Graham Bell Foundation", which aims to support young talented musicians and promote classical music worldwide.
